Hi, I’m Aliyah!
I’m the face and the person behind AbA Beauty Studio. My passion for skincare developed when I was 12 years old. From the time I hit puberty, my skin was covered in acne. I just remember how much it affected my confidence – and being picked on at school just for having acne. I tried everything to get clear skin, and I mean EVERYTHING. I was desperate, and nothing seemed to work. I dealt with it for years up until I was old enough to go on birth control, and that temporarily fixed it. As soon as I got off birth control, my skin went CRAZY. It was worse than it ever was before. One day, I visited an esthetician, and she helped my skin get clear. She inspired me to become an esthetician. I always had a passion for skin care, but she gave me hope. I knew if she could help me, I could help others.
That year, I attended the Health and Beauty Institute of Tampa and became a Licensed Esthetician. For the past several years, I have dedicated my time to perfecting my craft and curating effective treatments and facials to treat all skin types and concerns. AbA Beauty Studio was created to help everyone feel beautiful in their own healthy skin. I like to think of myself as someone who helps restore confidence, just like the esthetician who helped restore mine.
I have now been a Licensed Esthetician specializing in Corrective and Preventative Skincare – as well as a Certified Acne Specialist – for several years now. I am also a mother to the sweetest and cutest little boy named Carter. I am an active member of Grace City Church here in Lakeland. In my business and outside of my business, I strive to be a light to everyone – and my biggest desire in life is to help people. Whether it be skincare or anything else in life. I’m someone people can rely on and trust. I will live out every day of my life being just that.
I am here for you not only as an esthetician but as a friend and neighbor.
Policies
At ABA Beauty Studio appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Upon booking, a $25 non refundable deposit will be required to reserve your appointment time per appointment. Your deposit will go towards your service amount.
Any appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service booked. SAME DAY cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduled appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charge 50% of the service amount and you will be required to leave another deposit for your next appointment.
All treatments, services, and products are NON-REFUNDABLE but we will always do our best to make sure clients are taken care of.
